We are now expanding globally, and we're looking for a Global Sales Executive who is ambitious and ready to help us grow into a global force.
The Role
As a Global Sales Executive, you will build relationships, close deals, and expand Reinvent Security's footprint across North America, the Middle East, Africa, Europe, and Asia-Pacific. This is a commission-based role with no fixed salary initially. However, it offers commission on all closed deals and performance bonuses for top achievement.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and convert prospects into paying customers.
- Promote Reinvent Security's consulting services and cybersecurity training globally.
- Develop and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities through outbound outreach, partnerships, and networking.
- Conduct virtual meetings, demos, and strategic sales presentations to prospects.
- Prepare customised proposals, close contracts, and coordinate with the delivery team for service execution.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Create and maintain CRM records for leads, clients, and activities.
- Provide feedback to the leadership team on market trends and customer needs.
Compensation
- Commission: Earn commission on the total value of every successfully closed paid transaction.
- Performance Bonus: Eligible for quarterly bonuses based on performance.
- Payment Schedule: Commissions and bonuses are paid within 15 days after full client payment is received.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 3-5 years of successful B2B sales experience (preferably in cybersecurity, IT consulting and professional training).
- Knowledge of cybersecurity is a strong advantage.
- Comfortable working commission-only with high earning potential.
- Strong consultative sales skills — focus on solving client problems, not just selling.
- Highly self-motivated, proactive, and driven to exceed targets.
- Fluent in English (additional languages like Arabic and Spanish are a bonus).
